Ok ok, so this really doesn’t have anything to do with projects, but….My husband started bee keeping last year.  It was great, because we got Honey!  However after a couple of months, the raw honey began to crystalize.  Some would rather not put honey in the microwave, so we found that if you set your honey outside on a warm day, or in a vehicle in the sun, it will begin to decrystalize.  The jar on the left has been in storage for 9 months, the jar on the right sat outside for 2 days.  Who knew!
